In 2021, nicheBrains India Private Limited was launched on 28th October after winning the “crème de la crème” recognition at the Founders Institute accelerator program. This milestone validated our vision to support SMEs with impactful digital transformation solutions.
In December 2021, we onboarded our first customer, Ellen Pumps, delivering Digital Marketing services free of cost as our first step toward building trusted, outcome-driven partnerships.
We observed the launch of our first platform in 2022 and had a paid engagement with Pon Pure Chemical India Pvt. Ltd. for “Digital Marketing Strategy”. nicheBrains moved into the new head office at T-Hub, India’s largest startup hub, in August 2022. The brand and its logo were trademarked, and we became a part of the Founders Institute’s FI Elite club.
In 2023, nicheBrains entered its first-ever long-term contract with Janatics India Pvt. Ltd., marking a significant step in our growth journey. The engagement focused on providing end-to-end source inspection services for critical business process components, ensuring quality, compliance, and process consistency.
These parts were sourced from the Jamnagar Supply Base and supplied to Janatics’ manufacturing operations in Coimbatore, highlighting our ability to support complex, multi-location supply chains. This milestone reinforced our credibility as a trusted partner capable of delivering reliable, process-driven solutions for established enterprises.
Continuing on the success, customer Janatics extended our contract for another 3 years. We signed a major partnership with Insead Learning Hub. We also completed more than 1,20,000 hrs of consulting through our platform.

During this phase, we onboarded over 4,500+ SMEs, with 200+ businesses completing the personalized self-assessment to gain deeper, data-driven guidance.
In the same year, nicheBrains was selected for the AI Founder Sprint by INSEAD, a flagship program for early-stage founders building AI-first startups, further strengthening our focus on ventures powered by artificial intelligence at the core.
